So I took the WISC-IV and processing speed was a relative weakness for me though it was average score compared to others. (Exceptionally high matrix reasoning) How do I go about improving my processing speed?

Processing speed is only an issue if there's a psychologist hovering over your shoulder with a stopwatch everywhere you go. If it was unusually low compared to other scores, it was probably due to stress.
