There are some that have an even worse turnout because they may have had a brain infection or parasite that slowly ate away at their processing. These types of ailments have been shown to possibly be linked to other complications such as alzheimers and schizophrenia.

Also yes there's Antisocial Personality Disorder which is a DSM diagnosis

BUT GUESS WHAT, DSM diagnoses are just things that doctors made up

Modern psychiatry is literally the thing that filled up the vacuum of the missing clergy and church. Which was the replacement of the shaman. Felt odd or had a weird dream? Just go to the shaman to give you guidance. Or to the priest to confess. Or to the psychologist/psychiatrist to give you "scientific" guidance.
