There are no previous threads about this (as far as I know) and I am only typing this bit as extra fluff to make the thread seem legitimate.
I don't have any links to accompany this thread because, as it turns out, I am not aware of there being a time/space general or any links associated with one for that matter. And so, I would rather this thread start with a basic question; or more properly, the basic question that prompted me towards thinking I have the mental faculties to even create a time/space general:
