A furniture crushed my toe some months ago

I thought that if I let the time pass it would cure itself, but I think all the blood coagulated inside my toe

I tried trimming my nail off but it doesn't work, what do I do please


I don't want to be stuck with an ugly toe, I'll never be able to go to the beach ever again
