No if you're interested in mechantronics you want to look at an engineering mechanics book or look up robotics papers from khatib. I'm guessing you want to learn statics/multibody dynamics. If you want to learn about electromotive force and fields then feel free to find some intro physics course just remember that KVL becomes meaningless once you do this. If you just want to learn physics generally then the feynman lectures are pretty awesome.
