If it isn't multiple choice then realistically you have no chance. Tell them you have covid or something and will need to withdraw from the exam (hopefully will look a bit better on your record). Take it when it's next available and try to do better.
Out of interest, how did you get into this situation? Do/might you have ADHD or some other condition that makes it hard to focus? Are you interested in the subject or is it just a prereq to you?
