Is this accurate?
It seems covid19 is attacking hemeogloblim and knocking oxygen out of red blood cells which is causing pneumonia like symptoms in the lungs

1) the oxidative iron accumulating in the lungs

It seems like blood transfusions would be one avenue of treatment.

Also someone correct me if I'm wrong: wouldn't quinine POTENTIALLY be helpful? It's related to hydroxychloroquine, and also disrupts heme metabolism by the malaria virus. Irks me that everybody jumps on the idea that "quinine won't do anything" with literally zero substance behind their argument.
