>>11543654Historically it is not uncommon for an outbreak to be observed in a particular location first only to be revealed that the outbreak actually began somewhere else
>Spanish Flu (did not come from spain, but a northern european country)>SARS (originally observe din Hong Kong, came from the mainland)>MERS (observed in korea first, came from Jordan)>H1N1>Bubonic Plague (supposedly came from somewhere east of Europe, likely central asia)>Plague of Justinian (came from north africa, not europe)The issue is China's lack of information sharing which make sit difficult to really see if it came from there or not, but of course people have shitty, short, memories so they just jump onto the first thing that they see. It's extremely probable that it came from China, but it's also a possibility that it didn't. It's too early to tell right now.
