If an exact atomic copy of yourself was made right now, would you experience consciousness from the copy's perspective? Probably not. So if you were killed and cremated and we would create your atomic copy afterwards, will your consciousness now continue in this copy? Well, after having looked at the first scenario, very likely no. So what's so special about multiverses that would make it possible? Whatever the answer may be whether or not you get to live another life would not involve whether or not we live in a multiverse. You would need to figure out what "you" even is. And if that you is the current instance of the biological code that is being executed right now without irreversible interruption, then you are probably not going to experience another life after this one.
