For your proof to work you need to
1) Prove that 1/3 is the same as 0.333..., which requires you to define what you mean by infinite decimal expressions. But if you define them in the standard way then the proof of 0.999...=1 becomes trivial and there is no reason left to jump through the hoops that you do in your proof.
2) You still have to show that 3*0.333... is 0.999.... Sure, intuitively it looks right but that's not a proof. How do you justify multiplying each digit by 3?
Perhaps you should pick up a book on analysis so you could become mathematically literate because right now you're not better than the people in the 0.999...=/=1 crowd.
