He knows about medicine for his foundation, but is not exactly good things. He promotes and puts money into anti-conceptive and even into abortion institutions, thats partly why so many conspiracies were made these weeks on him. Not the main reason to be careful but one nonetheless.
I'd argue he loves the attention and pays good money to get professionals keep him informed, but now he is dangerous. He is obviously farming all the media through his friends. And you know when a a scammer is up to something he is collecting attention.
