Similar to the industrial revolution, an AI world would just simply things. What used to be considered as dirty jobs that need people who would be dehumanized (garbage collectors, janitors, retail, etc) would just require people who has to check whether the AI is not making faulty errors, does it have enough energy, push a button here and there and so on.
The upcoming jobs of course would now require a different set of skills but guess what? The businesses needed laborers and the government need the business to keep on running
As such, it would be in their best interest to provide training or else the would have no workers and cause the spending power of society to fall, thus reducing the taxes that the government could collect

Also, pretty much. You need a lifetime of mastery to provide a masterpiece but that's beside the point. More time means more time to waste. The human mind is not adapted for contentment and would always seek a purpose provide by art and entertainment. There maybe a lot of literary works in history but come on, very few read the classics and neo-classicism because the story was based off a generation that is alien to ours.
