Just out of sheer curiosity, what would it look like if there was a human-type creature which on average reached 15 feet in height? I know that there are people who are very tall and suffer from giantism, like the 8 foot tall guy who needs arm crutches to walk.
But what about guys that height, from 8 feet to 15 feet, maybe even 20 feet. What would their bone structure look like? Would their organs have to be different?
I am talking about giant human-type creatures who have no difficulty running, or doing anything.
