Africans = highest individualism, tribalness, selfishness, lowest ability to defer gratification
Mongoloids = lowest individualism, most comfortable with low status, high ability to defer gratification
Caucasoids of course, are in between.
The reason this happens is climate and technology related. Humans came out of Africa, and had a much different social structure than Neanderthals and Denisovans. They also had longer legs, smaller brains, and much higher fertility.
Any environment that makes survival easy will also select for fertile/dumb/r selected/early maturity types. Basically, warm climates and technologically advanced societies do this. Cold climates and technologically poor societies do the opposite, because males are more necessary and have more mating choice here.
Incidentally, modern West Africans have their own archaic hominid mixture. Eurasians are mixed with Neander/Denisovans, and African Bantus (not sure about San) are mixed with a newly discovered archaic African. This archaic probably had an even smaller brain, higher fertility, etc, than Homo sapiens.
