Much lower than you'd think for almost all of that.
In this sample of Cambridge University faculty from 1967 the lowest score in the Maths department was 124 and 112 in the Physics department.
Don't worry about the IQ threshold though, because there's a simple way to find out if you're good and that's to do it, and if you aren't, you aren't. Finding out you have a higher IQ than you thought you did isn't going to make your difficulties go away.

there is no such thing as calculus 4, differential equations is diff eq

anything above calculus 2 and you start pushing <1 SD individuals to the limit. There's also a massive difference between a PDE"s and an intro to ODE"s class and between a complex variables and Complex Analysis class. By the time you hit Real Analysis you have effectively filtered everyone <1 SD. I don't think there is linear progression in intelligence required for math beyond this point. Many people who are perfectly competent cannot into Algebra or cannot into Topology but are able to master techniques in Diff Eq or theoretical physics.

University maths won’t tell, if you really get it. Currently the curriculum is too much to fully understand. Nobody could just go own from it and do his own research from there. It’s mostly memorizing, if you are reasonably intelligent and able to focus, which many intelligent people aren’t, it’s really simple. Most professors have never proofed they are that good. And the people, who are extremely talented sometimes aren’t really able to do the usual curriculum. Many of them are so afraid of people; they will never show up to anything, but the test or directly drop out. In the end most maths students are forgotten and so are most professors. There are a few names that will be remembered, they are extraordinary. The average math student just isn’t. For most above average intelligence 1-4 calculus is just a test how well they can focus on stuff that won’t ever matter to them again.
