How fucked am I? I've never had an outbreak in my life and my doctor told me was likely exposed a long time ago.

What are the chances of this being a false positive? What are the chances of transmitting this through sex?

I'm losing my mind.

I'm thinking about taking a second test. I read somewhere anything between a 1.1 and 3.5 may be a false positive. Still in the denial stage.
