These are both correlations that don't support your initial claim to anything approaching the level of confidence you had. In fact the first link seems to run counter to your assertion while the second is more suited for "women in stable long term relationships have better childbirth outcomes", which is like. Duh. Having someone else help with a pregnancy makes it way easier.
