Is this comment correct? Is the lack of other life whatsoever a hint that our universe is truly finite?

Yeah, but with the possibilities of infinity, there is the infinite possibility of an intelligent life capable of traveling faster than the universe expands. In fact there should be an infinite number of cases of intelligent life capable of doing this.
