You can relate to it, your brain is malleable and can get into something if you dedicate yourself to it for a time, but to do this you need to drop childish insecurity. If my friends found out I was writing my own "study guide" they'd roast me for being such a cringy nerd. Someone I knew didn't put half the effort I did and got higher grades. However if I thought about this 24/7 and succumbed to pride and envy I'd give up and ironically I'd be even more inferior than I am now.
