In my opinion, it is either:
1. Reciprocal (You)'s from an infected and a non infected (most likely I think)
2. Getting replied to by an infected (probably with risk increasing as you get more replies, maybe more risk depending on their level of infection)
3. Replying to an infected- in which case anon's who have not replied to anyone with a (You) so far should continue to do so and see what happens. This is the only thing we can really test if any anons out there have refrained from replying yet
