The Chinese have 3+ months of data. They did dozens of studies and tried hundreds of drugs, supplements and treatments, it's probably one of the biggest medical research efforts in history. Either nothing works or they are not sharing their findings.

I'm aware that vaccines are being developed too, but they'll take another 6 months at the very least.
