I know you can't be good at everything, but I'm too basic in this shit. I got 3 hours of "experience" in Python. Is it normal to be that stupid at it? Is the site wrong, should I watch and read more about it?
I just wanna fucking understand it.
I have to use the solutions in 80 % of the case and in 19% of the case I give a wrong answer.

I wanna be able to understand that shit.
Kinda important for what I've planned.

use /g/'s daily programming threads for these types of questions if you don't mind being called retarded at times, there are lots of people there willing to help.
I also recommend learning how to make a basic function (just something that adds one to a number for example) and then save getting better at it for later. It's confusing to use built-in functions like print() or float() like you're using before you can make your own so just make a very simple one to understand the basics of what it is doing.
w3school is a nice resource to have by your side when learning too, and learn how to use a debugger in an IDE right away. Debugging will save you a lot of frustration since you can look at your variables changing with your program and find the exact place where something went wrong.
Also your pi_string is already a string so you can just do float(pi_string).
Just read your debugger, TypeError in line 6.
I don't understand what you're trying to do in line 13 in your newest post.
Basically turn line 6 into this.
print("string", variable, "string", variable)
don't use plus.

To understand what you did wrong better I'll give you this example too.
print("string " + str(variable))
this works too. As you're changing the integer to a string using str().
so 100 turns into "100" making you able to add it to another string.
Try these
print("1"+"1")
print(1+1)
you can't add a number to a letter.

In line 13 I got in a brute-force-frenzy and tried out other stuff like that.

Are those too hard so the user feels intimated and buys their premium membership?

I also wanna get a healthy routine in that equation.

this is a variable that you wrote.
Watch a 4 hour lecture on python or something, you have little idea of what you're doing and what's going on. Total passive learning going on.
A variable is something you declare.
variable_a = 1
variable_a is a variable named variable_a and has the value of 1.

So you know how to read the error message: EOF means end of file. The parser is telling you that it was looking for something else (in this case a close paren) but reached the end of the file without finding it.

The instructions on the side requested that you do:
1) use str() to convert the variables to the strings.:

-On line 6 of your original code: When you use a + with a string it literally just appends the second to the first. Remember a string is a sequence of characters so when you add them you're literally just adding the second string to the end of the first to for, a new, longer string. so this will only work when you have two strings. When you had "I st??rted with $" + s??vings + etc, s??vings is an integer(or a float), not a string and numbers are stored and processed differently than strings and so the + operator isn't able to break it down character by character to add to the end of the "I st??rted with $" as you want. So to fix this, instead of adding the number s??vings I'm adding a copy of it that I've converted into a string. The str() function does just that, it converts what you put in the brackets into a string which can then be treated as you want. As per what the instructions say.

2) Convert the variable pi_string to a float and store this as a new variable pi_flo??t

-I just declared the variable pi_flo??t and used the flo??t() function to convert the pi_string into a float. flo??t() is similar to the str() above, except it converts it's argument(the thing in brackets) into a float(a type of number)

I used a calculator for this, dunno how to solve this with Python yet - I have a feeling I did some wrong math as well... 100 x 1,1 x 7 x 7 = 5,390.

I don't think using Duolingo at night is a good routine...
Concerning programming, I would suggest you to try a programming MOOC such as CS50x (or 6.0001x if it's too hard). They are slow paced, include hints and code checker. More importantly they have huge online learning community (which seems to be helpful to discuss problems and solutions).
The only things I have learnt through Datacamp, Hackerrank and others apps were some hacks that prove pretty useless to build foundations.

I think learning stuff before bed is great.

When you use ** you aren't multiplying, you're raising to the power so 100*1.1**7 is $100\times1.1^{7}$ not $100\times1.1\times 7 \times 7$
