This means that there is no lysis involved, since lysis only happens when there are large amounts of viral production. What would be the point of giving a virus that replicates itself to a patient? It would be identical to just infecting a patient with a normal virus, making them sick or even dangerously ill.
And there is no lysis depicted in your picture, OP.
