I am a victim of women pornography on the internet, and it is really hard to get rid.

My grades have lowered as well as my social interaction. I feel my intelligence is plummeting and also my attention-span, that I cant read a book anymore.

What are the tricks to get rid of this? Should I stop looking at women? They are everywhere, and the school I am studying is female-dominated.
