circa 1999 I was able to use the ASM hex and memory editor to cause the TI-83 to display colors in a random fashion. Has anyone reproduced this phenomenon?

its true, there were alternating pixels of color in a few spots after i randomly edited some memory. dark blue, and burgundy iirc

wasnt there a hard screen over the actual LCD, i dont ever remember being able to press through that

anyway i thought you niggers were smart, im not lying so how would you explain that? The best idea i have was that it was an illusion of color caused by some weird pattern of alternation or blinking.

Was it blue? If so you turned on the LCD's test mode which can damage the screen.
