I wouldn't feel guilty about learning a large number of different things in a short period of time (as, for example, during a university education). Rather, I would concern myself with time management and avoidance of intellectual exhaustion, making time for some leisure and sleep. Notice that these personal priorities are aligned with and designed to help the project of learning a large number of different things, because I find such an endeavor desirable and valuable. For me, guilt has nothing to do with such an endeavor.
Perhaps you are referring to some flavor of "white guilt", or a generalized understanding of your globally elite status, by the simple fact that you're able to attend a university (assuming that's true). But again these aren't (weren't) personal impediments in my own university education, becuase although I was exposed to some political correctness during my public school education, it didn't reach the internalized saturation that it seems to have done for zoomers like you. But these are (very reasonable) assumptions which may not hold good in your case.
