I've been given an Enigma encoded message and a crib.

The message starts with BKD RBC GCRD, which decodes to "YOU AND DAVE", and FBPN which decodes to "CUNT"

I was watching Numberphile's video on the flaw in the Enigma, and I understood it up until when the plugboard was introduced. So: How would I figure out the plugboard, and then eventually rotor settings from these two cribs?
