As in HIV, the number of asymptomatic (or presymptomatic) carriers far outnumbers the population that actually has symptoms serious enough to hospitalize.
The big question that nobody knows is how long a recovered patient is contagious. If it's more than a few weeks, all of America will eventually get it. The virus will outlast our ability to take an economic hit for the team.
Expect a second outbreak around Easter, when the poor start getting evicted / foreclosed on, run out of money, and the relief money runs out.
