Collisions with air particles? UV light?(is not everywhere).

Killing a virus is not the right terminus, its more like dissolving the protecting outer covers/shells which result "breaking" the RNA inside a Virus. This is why soap can help dissovle or "kill" viruses.

In the human body, the virus docks on the cell and puts his RNA inside, telling the cell to start only reproducing the virus untill it fills and finally "explodes" to expose new fresh "made" viruses
