Like we know that 5 secs before was past and 5 secs after is future.
Is there any metric method to determine the "Now" moment?

Time is merely a concept. There is no such thing as the future, or the past, only the 'now' or present.

Time is like distance. Trying to measure "now" is like trying to measure "point A" in isolation. You would have to measure from point A to point B or -A which would be "the future" and "the past"

Can you measure "here" in meters?
In order to measure something, you need at least two points for reference. You can't measure "now" because it's only 1 point. That makes it impossible to measure.

Speaking purely in terms of experience, there is no past or future, there is only the present.
You can measure time with a scientific instrument, but keep in mind that the act of you taking measurements takes place in the present.
There is nothing that can or has ever taken place outside of the present.

You can't put a measurement on infinity, all we have is a symbol for it.

Past and future are relative terms that use "now" as a starting point. The only reason you can measure past and future are because they use two points. "Now" is just 1 dot, not a line
