How can it make you insane without preexisting psychotic inclination and vulnerability ? Twas nothing for me. I've seen extreme doses be traumatic for sane people if they hadnt blacked out. It's still a far cry from a psycho switch. Conversely, it wont by any means uncuck your pathologies if "it goes well".
