Idk if many of you guys know about this game but it is a VR game and it has had a lot of hype surrounding it since a few months ago and was released 4 days ago.
I ordered a Valve Index headset kit for ~1000$ and I just played half life alyx today and HOLY SHIT it is the most immersive and realistic vr experience I've ever had. The resolution on the new valve index far surpasses all older vr headsets like the vive and the graphics on this game are almost indistinguishable from reality - thats how good it is. The VR singularity is here boys, and this game is going to be what pushes VR onto the market causing higher demand ergo more complexity and immersion in the future. I HIGHLY recommend you guys try this. The money was well worth it for me. Lets all rejoice in the fact that we are mostly all young college students and that we will live to experience VR. We're literally about to be living in ready player one.
