Mathematical takes on Banking, Economics and Finance

Does anybody have any good recommendations on mathematics-style textbooks that touch on banking, economics and finance? As in it roughly follows the typical structure of a pure mathematics textbook but written on these other topics?

And to clarify, when you look for mathematical finance books you get a billion texts about options trading which is good but I can't for the life of me find a single one on just the lower level finance topics like how decision-making at your local bank would be done, which is what I'm looking for. On the other hand, you can find plenty of these books but aimed more towards business majors with no rigorous training in mathematics. Also, I know that you can't probably turn business decision-making into a theorem/proof style textbook but then the closest to that would be a book that assumes a very high standard of mathematics and then uses that to be more result-oriented than bullshit-oriented.
