I CANNOT INTO STATISTICS. /sci/ I've never been more frustrated in my existence. I mean it's not the first time that an abstract concept eluded me. It's just that I ALWAYS UNDERSTOOD in the end. No matter how long or hard a mathematical concept (not problem)/theorem presented itself, I knew that with the proper self discipline and right methods I'll understand it.
But probability and Statistics in general. This shit. This fucking shit. It seems so easy to my course mates, but WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FATHOM? Yes I am a brainlet but I always believed that practice makes perfect, and that you can always break down rigid concepts to understandable facts if you put your mind to it.
But no. With Statistics I am able to grasp the abstract definitions, the necessary theorems to passably sit through my tests, but I CANNOT apply that knowledge to mundane simplified situations (which is usually how I know that I mastered the concept)
