For managing sweaty hands or sweaty feet, higher concentrations are needed - usually around 30%.
A 10% solution would be 10 grams AlCl3.6H2O dissolved in 90 grams water.. a 30% solutoin would be 30 grams dissolved in 70 grams water, etc
though i don't know for sure if just spraying the solution would work as well as a gel or lotion, i dunno how those are made.
