Now, you divide the brain and move one half to a distant location. You also have the technological capability to interact with the brain using some sort of nanotechnology.
You would have two groups of people, one in one location and the another in the other, both giving input to the brain due to a script that has been written before hand.
You would have the semblance of a material system exchanging information across a great distance faster than the speed of light through the unity of informational content in the awareness.
