hey /sci/ idk where else to go with this question, but i don't like my nose
it's too big and i feel like i look like an antisemitic caricature
can i just smash it with a hammer and then go to a hospital and get them to fix it? or would that be a bad idea and it's just more worth while to save up for rhinoplasty?
