not only do they require microscopes and expensive equipment, they also can't navigate it , build it, repair it, maintain it on their own , if 2-3 key people drop out you can't do anything and have to postpone your operation
the only guys i know that went into neurosurgery went because of the "reputation" that normies have , but the reality is that you probably won't get very skilled by doing neurosurgery
