Either way you can slightly raise your iq score by studying and training for the logic of iq test questions, etc but that isn't really what you're asking for I think.
I believe the best advice is to change the way you think and perceive the world and keeping yourself away from getting frustrated when solving problems. Remember when you were a kid and you learned whatever you were shown from arithmetic to your first or second language? While kid brains are a bit different it's also because of constant practise and little doubt in ones own ability which kids have. When you were a kid you also didn't see the world through this certain fabricated lens which society gives you either, you just simply saw the world. Still be realistic and honest to yourself.
