How do you work with people that did better in school than you? I find it really intimidating to work with someone who had a 4.0 when I only have a 3.25. I keep feeling that i'm wasting their time.

I look down on people who do well in school so I don’t have this problem. I think they’re pathetic, mindless sheep and not a single one has respectable intelligence.

Don't try to compete in extracurricular arenas. Do your job better than them. GPA is a poor predictor of job performance.

GPA doesnt necessarily predict perofromance. You can still be better at your job even if you didnt do as well in school.

Things to take into account : difficulty of classes, major(s), school, extracurriculars/social groups. A 4.0 and a 3.0 could be equivalent with enough extra factors.

If you actually do work with them then you'll probably be a lot less intimidated. I ended up studying with the top two brains in my class and you end up feeling like you can help them as much as they help you
