Ok, so my doctor (psychiatrist) said that I'm going to have dementia based on my mental health and on the images he got from the scan (pet scan I guess, I'm not sure, my mother knows more about this). My question is, can he really be sure about this even tho I'm only 28? I'm not a independent person btw and the meds I take daily are:
Seroquel 200mg
Risperidone 6mg
Pristiq 200mg
Trintellix 20mg
Lithium Carbonate 900mg
Depakote 1g
I just want to know if he's right and I should find some way to avoid this or there is no way? Thanks

Lithium Carbonate 900 mg is no better than 150 mg /day. 900 mg Lithium Carb has a fuckload of lithium and will give you tremors. Docs don't know shit about lithium.

Anyway. I would add some Resveratrol preferably 500 mg.
also couple that with fasting every other week for 48-72 hours coupled with HIIT.

Research cutting off meat. You don't want to touch red meat ever again.
Research taking sulforaphane combined with myrosinase.
Research the effects of beta carotenes and vit-D

This is anecdotal but I barely eat anything other than meat and my mental clarity is like it has never been before. I just started eating some fruit and veg to get some extra vitamins to "help" in case of a Covid-19 infection but other than that my diet consists of animal protein, mostly beef, milk, eggs, grains and legumes.

Really? It's really all the anecdotal evidence I seem to find concerning carnivore diets tend to give people results.

As someone with pharmacologically induced brain damage I find carbs give me intense brain fog, only on me do I have the clarity like I used to.
