So, my father in cleaned our cat's waterfall dish with drano max gel as it was moving slow and getting clogged.

He went to the kitchen sink to wash it out (read: run it under some water for a couple of seconds to rid of the large suds) and then tossed it in our dishwasher, with some dishes, and then topped that off with a dishwashing pac.

On the flip, he removed the pump and put it in a bowl with some dish soap and left it running to cycle the water through it, dish soap to discourage the cat drinking from the sink for the time being.

Are we boned?
