Also, herbivores have a four chamber stomach and will regurgitate partially digested cellulose to rechew.

Humans are omnivores. We neither have the short intestines of pure meat eaters (and also why they can eat road kill but we can't) nor do we have the complex digestive tracks of grazers to turn grass into fuel and protein. We can eat fresh meat, fruits, nuts, and vegetables but we are unhealthy if we try to live off just one of those.

One time I was driving through pennsylvania in the dark during a rainstorm when a deer jumped out in front of my car. I hit the deer and sent it flying, but I slammed on the brakes and my car slid on the wet road into the ditch. A minute later somebody passing by stopped to see if I was okay. After I assured him that I was, he asked if he could have the deer.

People can eat roadkill.

Your stomach and intestines are already filled with friendly bacteria that help you digest food. By that image's logic, anything that you digest spoils.

Additionally your stomach and resident bacteria do a great job of eradicating any trace amounts of bacteria already present. As for our lack of claws or canines or whatever, consider that our intelligence is an evolutionary adaptation that has served that purpose quite well.
