Please, give me a working theory(plan) on brain training. Some book or sequence of topics and skills to learn fast. Almost every book I tried to read was full of water or some unclassified and non-optimized advice. I'm asking this cause I'm a student and actually I am quite high on the skill of throwing garbage from my head, but I noticed that I started to forget useful information and to slow down and I want to stop it.
