thats it, nothing more. Do it long enough and your will hallucinate. People labelled uncreative are just so overloaded with information that their brains got roasted. Take a walk, try to evade excessive stimulation, and read a book.

Try "tagging" your thoughts. You have innumerable thoughts that pop into your head, then leave without any memory. If you "respond" to a random thought immediately with a deliberate thought, it becomes "tagged" and you remember it.

Like, you can commit to the idea of thinking the word "time" whenever a random thought occurs, and you will suddenly find a lot more random thoughts occurring.
