What is our government doing to ease the pain of our citizens and promote social harmony? Nothing.
>We have people rushing the grocery stores and buying as much as they can, creating huge bread lines leaving those at the end with nothing or minimal scraps.
>People are not quarantined and are still going several places, the grocery stores most of all where they don't practice social distancing.
>Many people are laid off and have no employment opportunities.
>Now the government is going to give small sums of money to people paid out in April to help cover expenses.
Instead I propose the US government should have:
>Seize the means and production of all grocery stores. Roll out the military and impose a strict 1 month quarantine.
>Military goes door to door and distributes a meal package to everyone that lasts 1 month.
>All rent and other necessities are frozen, you keep your water and electricity during this crisis. Even your job is frozen; you can't be laid off but you also don't make anything:
>People can only leave their homes if they have symptoms and need to get tested.
The end result is efficiency; you lose much less money and the stock market doesn't crash as badly. Now we're just throwing money away at literal sandniggers who will end up spending it on cookies and milk instead of a diet that will keep them going for a month.
