Which results in your brain telling you when you're actually tired and should rest instead of lying to you and destroying your thinking abilities like nose breathing does. This is why people think nose breathing is good because they don't know they are getting their brain destroyed and shrinked by it since it makes them feel good while denying power extensive but crucial processes.
