Example: I'm looking into indoor position technologies for my research; the theme i get from the state of the art is that there are a lot of cool ideas and a lot of laboratory experiments, but almost zero practical applications. If I found an application in this area and demonstrated some construction could work in a practical setting, is this publishable?
