What to do with super-spreaders?

This woman is a fashion designer from Uruguay.

She went to Milan (Italy), contracted coronavirus, spent a week with respiratory problems barely able to breathe, took antibiotics, felt better, then went back to Uruguay assuming she was "cured".

The same day she arrived back in Uruguay, still running a fever, she went to a wedding with 500 people. 44 cases in Uruguay now have been connected directly to her.

Uruguay had 7 cases a week ago and now has 97, the highest rate per capita in Latin America. Mostly thanks to her.

Not only she hasn't apologized, but she claims she is being "attacked" by the media who are set to destroy her business.

How should people like this be punished?
