>>11486482>It’s not really a cure, it just stops the progression for most people.If you have a disease that destroys portions of your liver, and then I give you a cure for the disease, it's ridiculous to say that it wasn't a cure because it didn't repair your liver. Finasteride is effectively a cure (for the 80%+ of people that it works on). In fact, it's better than a cure for many people because it does in fact regrow hair for some in early stages of loss.
